  1. When Kitkat update?

Such a pity, there's not even a custom ROM community around this tablet.
  2. Did Facebook and Messenger stop working for anyone else by now on this firmware? I don't know if I should do a factory reset to see if it fixes things or it would be pointless.
  3. I'm in the same boat, the error [0x00202004] when trying the last step of the mostafataliza guide, can you tell me what exactly did you do differently beside what you listed? Edit: Success. I followed mostafataliza's guide this time with the u-boot.bin and usb刷机工具说明.wps files from the USB Burning Tool v2.0.0.140306 Alpha x86 zip (according to the post by finless on the freaktab thread) on the SD for the Usb-Burning-Tool v1.6 part. Then I tried Usb-Burning-Tool v2.04 steps, again with the same errors. So I fooled around with the checkboxes, for me it took leaving the "Overwrite key" and "Erase bootloader" unchecked, and only "Erase flash (erase all)" checked to see some progress, and it still took a couple of tries (using hub usb 1) and not touching the laptop while it was working to reach 100% success. After booting the tablet, I was finally welcomed by an actual booting sequence. Now the Stane 0.9.2 rom boots (and reboots), and seems to be working. Fingers crossed.
  4. Onda V975m ROM by Stane1983

I can't get an android to appear by holding power and Vol+ and plugging the cable in. The device appears in USB tool but the installation stops at erasing the bootloader, I get a message: "[0x00202004]Erase bootloader/Implement/Send command/Error result" I'm trying to unbrick, all previous passages explained here: Edit: Solved
  5. I've messed something with my brother's Onda v975m V1, it had no charge and kept rebooting, but before I figured out it wasn't charged, something broke. I've followed the 3 steps explained here: with no success, so I tried what Otraver suggested here: and after that did it again by Rozark's original post: but the tablet keeps restarting the installations on the green android with a rotating thing screen. I'm experiencing what is described here, the 'Block device required' messages. In Otraver's post, he suggests a possibility: "I tried to re-flash the stane Rom using USB_Burning_tool and in this occasion the soft has been able to erase the bootloader and the flash operation is finished without problems." So I tried this but I can't get an android to appear by holding power and Vol+ and plugging the cable in. The device appears in USB tool but the installation stops at erasing the bootloader, I get a message: "[0x00202004]Erase bootloader/Implement/Send command/Error result" My system is Windows 8 64 Edit: Solved:
  6. I'm still stuck in a loop too, can you please tell me what did you do (which files to download, what do I click in Usb burning etc)? Edit: Ah, found it Edit: Solved:
