    TWRP recovery

Hi, I bricked my v975m trying to install TWRP. Current state of the device: When I press Power and volume+, the table is recognized by the AmlogicBurningTool (v1.6.2.0128). I am trying to go back to the stock image: V975m Core4_v2.0.1_v3. I moved the u-boot.bin from the V975m Core4_v2.0.1_v3 folder to the AmlogicBurningTool and _my.xml script. I hit start and terminated with success. For the SD card part, I used the SDcardMaker_eng.exe with the u-boot.bin from the V975m Core4_v2.0.1_v3 and copy the folder in the sd card root. The tablet refuse to show the green android whatever I tried to do (button combinations or reboot). Anybody have a bulletproof step-by-step procedure to recover? I tried the one at th efirst post with no luck... I also tried with another 4GB sd car with no luck... Is there something different I should do because I wasnt able to get it back.... What unbrick method should I used?
  7. Hi, I tried to install TWRP and it somehow bricked my v975m. The tablet is being recognized by the amlogic tool but I cant get it too boot from the SDcard apparently. I tried 2 different 4GB sd cards... the screen is lighting up a bit but nothing happen after... I would like to know if anyone have an exact procedure to follow that I can try.? another question, why can I flash back the tablet with the amlogic tool only? thanx for your help.
  8. Is possible to root it yet? If yes, how? thanx Mart
  9. How does that work? I dont get it. It is a generic rom or it only replaces a bunch of executable here and there? Also detailled instruction for installation would be appreciated... thanx!
  10. Hi, I have scratched my stock screen protector and decided to change it. I went with this particular product: DO NOT BUY: http://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/6060379626.html It is not explicit stated but it is a MATTE screen protector which pixelize/make grainy the display: DO NOT BUY. The stock screen protector does not affect the quality of the retina display that much compare to that piece of shit. Buyer BEWARE. Anyone have tried other product that are NOT affecting the display quality (i.e. like the stock screen protector)? thanx Mart
