  1. Dear Friends, Your information was quite fruitful for me and finally I could re install Windows 10 on my Dual boot Onda OBook 11. Windows is working fine except touch screen. It needs calibration as when ever I touch screen, random action takes place. I tried to do calibration as per windows instructions but +ve out come. I may be driver issue or just calibration. At present I can boot in Windows and even in Android. One problem wit Android is that I did factory reset of Android. After resetting Android have chines language display. How can I reset to English

  3. Some 15 days back, I received ONDA OBook 11. SN # for my OBook is P0B11CG5V7A00195 It is a dual boot Windows 10/ Android. When I tried to switch from Windows to Android. a message flashed. WIndos is updating and will restart after updating. When Windows restarted, Got amessage, Windows encountered problem, collecting data and will restart. After restarting, I got many option to fix Windows but failed. I tried to contact ONDA website to find proper solution. That website is in Chinese language. Even I sent message to manufacturer but no response at all. Then I sent message to seller website that is gearbest stating that my ONDA Obook is under warranty and Need to fix for iIndows 10. I did not get any response from manufacturer. There fore I want to return my ultrabook. In turn they sent message to manufacturer but no response from manufacturer. Seller has provided me link to download firmware for my book. Now nee guidance how to flash. Pleas do guide me how to flah with new firmware. After installing new firmware Windows will be OK. Her I would like to warn all my friend not to buy such electronc products from China, who do not support after sales service. Waiting for step by step instruction. Thanks

LAST WEEK I BOUGHT OBOOK 11 ULTRABOOK, WINDOWS 10 + ANDROID DUAL BOOT SYSTEM WITH, 4GB RAM 64 GB eMMC ROM . model E-E16-A2-201 TODAY, WHEN I WANTED TO SWITCH TO ANDROID SYSTEM FROM WINDOWS, I CLICKED ON ANDROID ICON ON WINDOWS DESKTOP. I I GOT A MESSAGE WINDOWS UPDATING AND WILL RESTART. AFTER UPDATING, WHEN WINDOWS 10 STARTED. SCREEN WAS BLUE GRAYISH WITH A MESSAGE, WINDOWS RAN INTO TROUBLE, WILL WILL RESTART AFTER COLLECTING INFORMATION. WINDOWS RESTARTED WITH SAME GREYISH SCREEN WITH OPTION TO FIX STARTING PROBLEM WITH OPTIONS ON SCREEN. I TRIED WITH DIFFERENT OPTION LIKE RESETTING, RESTORING TO FACTORY DEFAULT, BUT FAILED. NOW AFTER SO MANY EXERCISES, I GET JUST ONDA SIGN AND KEEP RESTARTING WITH ONDA SIGN WITH NO FURTHER. THIS SCREEN KEEP REPEATING AND FREQUENT AUTO RESTARTING. PLEASE HELP ME GUIDE ME HOW TO FIX PROBLEM AND ADVISE NOT GET INTO SUCH TROUBLE IN FUTURE.
