recovery loop

Hi guys, 
when my onda v975 starts shows logo and then black screen.... i make a bootable sd card but when i press power and volume + it takes me to recovery mode. I kept the keys for 3-5 minutes but still nothing. 
i even tried to update rom from recovery mode but it can not see the sd card
 
Can anyone help me..... I just bought it!!!!

Did you try to flash it again.
I had one time the same Probleme and i flash tha Tab with the same ROM/Firmware again (new) I had to reconfigure the Tab, but after that everything was ok.
I would flash the Tab again not from Recovery but from the FAT2  formatted SDCard with the ROM that you want to flash and everyhng will be ok. Note you will lose everything that you have now if you don´t have a  TWRP Recovery.

i manage to flash the rom with phoenix suite with this rom (v975 Core4_v3.3.4_v1.img) but still it doesn't open. 

I have V975Q tablet. 

Is this the same with v975m or is a different version???

 

Can i install this rom  V975Q with phoenix suite....????

Photo clearly shows " V975 " in top line

can i install roms from v975m or not?
if not why it doesn't open after i have been successfully installed the rom for v975???
is there any other way to flash it???

 

Sorry for my English and for my many questions but i have it for 5 days and suddenly doesn't work @#$#$!@#$#$

Devices are different processors, and as I understand them also different update processes

I have no experience with v975 , Perhaps try to re-install the ROM.

thank you for quick answer but i have been installed many ROMs with success but still after logo it continually goes to black screen!!!

Thank you all guys for your advices,

 

I tried everything on how to upgrade rom but nothing worked.
I think maybe is a hardware fail. So i decided to return it for service!!! Will see.... :confused:  :confused:  :confused:
