Hi,

you have to copy this file to c:\windows\system32\drivers.

when copy, replace existent and reboot the tablet, then the problem will be solved.

I have the same problem every time that windows updates.... I have this file in the sd card and a .bat file that copy and replaces every time that reboots the system.

Hi, after resetting my Windows WiFi did not find any Router. So i copyied the TXT File as you wrote. Now it works. Thank you

BUT the Signal Quality is very poor. With my Notebook and mobile Phone i get nearly 300 mbits and with the Onda v919 ch air (4GB) i only get 20-50 mbit (maximum).

Is the wifi quality normaly so bad or do i need to install Windows new. Reinstalling the wifi driver did not solve the bad signal quality.

thanks a lot bye Marc

Hi , I attached the file here with English version.

ReplaceNVrom.zip

Hi idreams-james,

I replaced the file, but the DL rate is still at 2-3MByte/s from windows share.

Other owners have also a bad wifi connection?

I'm seeing an issue where the Onda does not see my 5.2GHZ wifi network, does this tablet not have the hardware to use 5.2GHZ wifi? If it is stuck to 2.4GHZ then it's no wonder the thing is so slow on wifi

Is their anyway to undo this nvrom setting? Seems my wifi speed cut in half after doing this

The wifi chipset only support 2.4GHz.

But this is not the reason that some users have slow speed.

Maybe country specific? - various, signal strength, channels or someone else.

I have the problem and live in Germany. "Autobahnkurier" too, I guess.

Anyone know where to download another version of wifi-driver from other sites?

i copied the txt file to system32/drivers and all good, then I copied the BAT file to c;/ , then ran as an administrator but it I get a message saying cannot find the file path ?

Edit : realised you dont have to use the bat , just copied intal System 32 and it worked after the reboot, might be because I hadnt installed the WIFI driver lol :P

The .cmd file is very strange. It tells the computer to look for the string "2015/11/" but these numbers are not in the .txt file, so the update screen turns red and just tries to update over and over and over again.
